The customer is solely responsible for the lawful use of the surveillance system. This includes the legal obligation to obtain necessary consent from individuals, display mandatory surveillance notification signage, and ensure total compliance with privacy regulations.
2. Subscription and Hardware Billing:
The Camsec AI Pro Mini operates on a subsidized hardware model paired with a recurring/OTC software license. The device supports up to 4 localized cameras running one active AI module concurrently. Subscription modifications and automated payment retry schedules (dunning management) are handled via your customer portal.
3. Third-Party Hardware Indemnification:
We provide curated affiliate links to verified, ONVIF-compatible 2MP IP cameras as a convenience. The organization assumes zero warranty, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), or technical support liability for any third-party camera hardware purchased through these add-on links.
